Margaret
A calm, light suite of about 35 m² on the far side of the main house, with original wooden floors, tall sash windows and a porch of its own.
Margaret has a king-size bed with an antique headboard, a deep three-seater sofa and a full-size desk. The bathroom is laid with Victorian tiles and has a generous shower, a heated towel rail and a walk-in closet.
There is no full kitchen: you have a fridge, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine, and a fold-away table. There is no TV. The suite is on one level, with no stairs from the car to the bed.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Tell us if you arrive late; there is always somewhere to leave bags.
Who it suits
Up to two adults. The pool has no net, so the suite isn't suited to small children. Pets only by prior agreement.
The setting
The suite is on the Newlands Avenue side of the house; inside, traffic noise is minimal. Our cat, Maus, may wander by.
